Here are the basics we have found helpful for our customers in the store:
These products are not like cigarettes! You do not have to draw really hard and fast to get a nice big vape.... in fact a long, slow draw will allow the coil to heat the liquid to the proper temperature for best flavor and vapor production. Letting the vapor do its job properly will produce better flavor and a much more enjoyable experience for you. Drawing too hard can also cause your wick to become flooded and you may notice bubbling. If you desire a larger vapor draw, simply do a few pre-puffs before taking a long slow draw. (hold the button on your battery down continuously while doing your pre-puffs).
These products are not meant to be handled roughly and all connections are meant to be finger tight only. Over tightening, rough handling, dropping, excess jostling and improper use will cause your equipment to malfunction.
